Role
Project management professional responsible for leading or co‑leading moderately complex projects within Pfizer's continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Objectives: streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support groundbreaking healthcare innovations.
Responsibilities- manage project scope, schedule, and resources
- resolve problems, develop options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations
- review project status, budgets, and risks
- liaise between project teams and management
- mentor colleagues and oversee operational aspects of projects
- BA/BS with 4+ years of experience or equivalent
- experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical transfer, and cGMP environments
- strong knowledge of project management, cross-functional team coordination, and pharmaceutical processes
- excellent communication and computer skills
- Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical or technical project management experience
- certification in project management methodologies
- familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
- leadership and team management skills
