RN Clinical Supervisor – Cardiac Surgical Step-Down Tulsa, OK

Starting at $40.12/hour Full-Time | Days | Premium Weekend Schedule Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday | 7: 00 AM – 7: 00 PM (3x12s)

A leading Tulsa-area healthcare organization is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight for a Cardiac Surgical Step-Down Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned cardiac nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes while working a unique premium weekend schedule.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and patient assignments.
• Evaluate staffing needs for current and upcoming shifts.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies and attendance standards.
• Assist with patient placement and bed management.
• Coordinate patient transfers and ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to changing patient conditions using sound clinical judgment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify educational needs and assist with staff development.
• Help maintain nursing standards, policies, and best practices.

• Current Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step-Down experience.
• One to two years of leadership or related clinical experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Days: 7: 00 AM – 7: 00 PM Choose one of the following schedules:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Saturday, Sunday & Monday Full-time (36 hours per week)
