Registered Nurse

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. In this role, you will provide assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care for diverse patient populations across our continuum of services. • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions following care plans and physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment using electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, discharge plans, and self-care strategies
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment that respects diversity and promotes dignity
• Precept, mentor, and support peers and new staff in a learning-focused environment
• Respond to emergencies, perform clinical interventions, and elevate changes in condition promptly
