This includes responsibility for broad management issues in planning, organizing, and integrating various functions for which responsibility is assigned and directing assigned staff in meeting the goals and objectives of the program.job type/salary:open/close dates: 7/22/26-until filled full-time hourly rate: $40.87 $ 3.00/hr differentials when working evening, weekends and holidays; $5.00/hr nightprimary working hours are 6:30pm-7:00amflsa status: exempt primary work location/department: tulsa center for behavioral health–nursingvacancies: 1minimum qualifications and experience:education and experience requirements at this level consist of possession of a valid permanent oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the oklahoma board of nursing, or registered nurse license recognized by the enhanced nurse licensure compact (enlc) and four years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity;

or a bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity;

or a master’s degree and two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity and one additional year of professional nursing experience in a managerial or consultative capacity or providing consultation and educational services in a specialized field or program plus two additional years of professional nursing experience in an administrative capacity.special requirements:applicant must be able to pass an osbi background check.applicants
