Key responsibilities include:- Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrating patient milestones and recovery achievements.
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification (preferred).
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
