Underground Utility (Drop) Subcontractor/Field Tech
Position overview:
Bury telecommunication lines (drops) for residents in Tulsa and surrounding areas using cable plows, boring equipment (non‑directional), and hand tools. Equipment and materials will be provided.
- Install underground telecommunication lines for residential customers.
- Operate cable plow, non‑directional boring equipment, and hand tools.
- Drive a 1½‑ton or larger truck to job sites and safely transport equipment.
- Ensure proper depth and routing of installed lines.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance at all work sites.
- Preferred experience in underground utilities, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage equipment.
- Own a suitable vehicle (1½‑ton or larger) for transporting tools and materials.
