Job Description & How to Apply Below
Provide maintenance services to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair to contribute to safety, well-being, and comfort of residents and employees;
Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders across trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, generators, low voltage, swimming pools, fire alarms, valves, fixtures, locks) in accordance with campus procedures and standards;
Inspect facilities and systems to ensure safety and cleanliness and identify needed repairs;
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating condition;
Be available for on-call schedule and assist with event set-ups, deliveries, and moves
