TD Williamson is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator II to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, material movement, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, logistics, material handling, or inventory experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material transactions within inventory systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and shipping activities.
• Deliver materials to production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support quality, safety, and 5S workplace standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift experience required; stand-up/reach truck experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, shipping documents, or BOLs is a plus.
