Northcote, a 26‑bedroom country house hotel with a Michelin star restaurant led by Lisa Goodwin‑Allen, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our award‑winning team in the picturesque Ribble Valley.

• Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, lending support where needed.
• Monitor team productivity and wellbeing.
• Ensure efficient processes across all departments.
• Collaborate with senior management to adapt to organizational changes and drive business development.
• Help lead our passionate team to achieve company goals and exceed guest expectations.

• OTE up to £43,000 (including Tronc bonus paid monthly)
