General Builder

All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. Due to the continuing growth of our company, we are looking for a Full-Time General Builder to join our team in one of our busiest departments to carry out work within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

The successful candidate(s) will be expected to attend residential/commercial/void properties whilst providing as a General Builder by building repairs (such as walls repairs / builds, pointing, slabs, minor concrete repairs and excavations / drainage), where necessary.

• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only;
• A CSCS Card would be preferable but not essential;
• Proactive and able to work independently and manage workload effectively;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent customer services and communication skills;
• Self-Discipline that results in high quality of work;
• Team Player.
