Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – North West

We are a building services company with over 25 years of experience delivering service and maintenance to a high‑end blue‑chip commercial portfolio ranging from £10k to £2m.

Join a team that covers the North West, carrying out reactive and breakdown work on commercial gas appliances and HVAC systems.

• Work Monday to Friday – 40‑hour week
• Hours 08:00 to 16:30 (some sites allow earlier start for earlier finish)
• Deploy across local councils, schools, universities and various commercial properties
• Perform service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial boilers, plant and HVAC systems

• Current commercial and domestic gas licence (dual FGAS or electrical skills are an added bonus)
• Clean DBS & Enhanced checks

• £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
• Company vehicle & fuel card
• Phone, tablet, PPE, uniform and tools supplied
• Health benefits, sickness & death‑in‑service schemes
• Travel time paid after 30 minutes East‑West
• OTT – 1.5 hours/week and X2 for Sundays & bank holidays
• Holiday incentive: 3, 5 & 7‑year terms
• Call‑out rota approx. 1 in 10
