Schedule:
12-hour clinical shifts; consistent monthly schedule structure PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics:
Adults and Geriatrics; occasional Pediatrics Average Daily Volume / Census:
Approximately 900 ER visits per month Admissions & Rounding:
Included as part of Emergency Department workflow Consults & Follow-Ups:
Specialty consults available; follow-ups not required Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas:
Full-spectrum Emergency Medicine, acute care presentations, trauma stabilization, and rapid triage FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Specialty Backup:
Access to on-call specialists, imaging, diagnostics, and transfer support Support Staff:
Experienced ER nurses, EMS professionals, ancillary departments, and administrative support Leadership & Reporting Structure:
Reports to Emergency Medicine Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline:
Approximately 6090 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary:
Nationally competitive annual salary; increased compensation for hours worked above 144 per month Incentive Bonus Structure:

Required:
Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure
Certifications:
ACLS and BLS required; additional certifications as needed for Emergency Medicine practice
Experience:
Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
