Schedule:

Predictable weekly structure integrating OB coverage and GYN clinic; flexible clinic scheduling On-Call Expectations:
Structured 1-in-4 call model PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics:
Women and adolescent females across the reproductive and gynecologic lifespan Average Daily Volume / Census:
Approximately 30 deliveries/month; consistent clinic volume for GYN and women's health services Admissions & Rounding:
Required during OB call weeks for Labor & Delivery patients Consults & Follow-Ups: ER consultations and obstetric follow-ups during call weeks; GYN follow-ups during clinic weeks Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas:
Obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, routine and complex women's health, prenatal care, preventative care FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Specialty Backup:
Collaborative support with anesthesia, pediatrics, internal medicine, surgery, and nursing teams Support Staff:
Dedicated OB clinic team, experienced L&D nursing staff, and proactive administrative support Leadership & Reporting Structure:
Reports to Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline:
