Oversee engineering projects in the Idaho Falls office, solicit work, attend meetings, and review department billing and invoices.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of experience post‑licensure; preferred project or office manager experience; knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D highly preferred, with other software such as Micro Station and Water Cad familiar; legal, civil, and structural engineering experience. Candidates must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.

Engineer in Training (EIT)Job Description:
Assist in designing projects, coordinate with Design Drafters and Project Engineers, perform Certified Tester duties as required, manage information and design reviews, and maintain effective communication with team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; EIT certification required, working toward PE licensure preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.

Engineering Technician / Materials InspectorJob Description:
Conduct field observations, inspections, and tests of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt placement; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting findings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- ACI and ICC certifications preferred; other certifications (HAZMAT, Nuke Gauge, NC DOT, NICET, TROXLER, QMS) are a plus.
- Strong soils and concrete experience; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be capable of driving a company vehicle.

Determine precise locations, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land divisions, and titles.
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of relevant experience; proficient in boundary surveys, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, topographic surveys, utility surveys; experienced in establishing survey control, maintaining accurate records, coordinating findings, completing job‑specific quality system tasks, and efficient fieldwork. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be capable of swift field operations.
