The Regional Crop Operations Lead is responsible for managing a service team who provides the day-to-day service, new business, and renewal insurance needs of our Crop clients, with a focus on providing our customers with timely, accurate, professional and world class service. The Regional Crop Operations Lead will be required to manage teams to successful outcomes from regional strategic goals, key initiatives, efficiency gains, client retention and high service standards.
