National Bank is currently seeking candidates for a full‑time Accounting Assistant position in Blacksburg, VA. The successful candidate will work in a variety of functions, including accounts payable, general ledger account reconciliation, month‑end close, audit preparation, tax preparation, financial reporting and research and analysis.
Educational Background2-year or 4-year Accounting or related degree.
Experience1‑2 years of experience in accounting‑related functions.
Skills- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
