Blacksburg, VA 24060 - Heritage Hall is currently accepting applications for a full‑time Admissions Assistant. The Admissions Assistant is responsible for assisting in the administration of the admissions process, cultivating relationships with referral sources, resident relations development, and marketing.
Admissions Coordinator Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to build positive relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Superior customer service skills
- Prior experience in an admissions/marketing position in a healthcare environment
- Ability to read and understand oral and/or written instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours as admission responsibilities may dictate
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- All shifts
