Registered Dental Hygienist | $40–$50/hr | Supportive Team | New Grads Welcome

Real Life Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are a modern dental practice focused on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and a positive office culture. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a new graduate

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs
• Build strong relationships with patients

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Active Dental Hygiene License (or graduating soon)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Blacksburg, VA
