Real Life Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are a modern dental practice focused on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive office culture.

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patients
• Take X-rays as needed
• Support patient comfort and help create a positive experience
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Review treatment needs and communicate clearly with the team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front desk team members

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
• Passion for patient care and helping others

Job Type: Full-time

Dental assisting experience is helpful, but we are willing to support and train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
