Elementary Classroom Teacher for the  school year.

• Develop and implement an instructional program that effectively provides the best possible education for each student.

• Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Teacher’s License with the appropriate endorsement to teach at the elementary school level.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum materials.
• Possess the ability to effectively assess student learning and use results to plan and implement appropriate instruction.
• Integrate technology into classroom instruction to enhance learning.
• Utilize Google Drive for instructional purposes, collaboration, and managing coursework.
• Create and maintain an inclusive, supportive learning environment that respects the diverse backgrounds and needs of all students.
• Communicate effectively with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Engage and collaborate effectively with parents and families.
• Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities.

• Hold a master’s degree in Education.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Salary: $53,889.00 - $87,325.91 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
