Foundry Education Director & Professor of Practice

Virginia Tech is looking for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice to direct the Kroehling Advanced Materials Foundry. Responsibilities include teaching metallurgy courses, managing operational aspects of the foundry, and encouraging student engagement in professional societies. Candidates should possess a Master's in Materials Science & Engineering and demonstrate remarkable teaching skills. Preferred qualifications include industrial foundry experience and training in Magmasoft.
