Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) strives to create an accessible and inclusive campus community. We collaborate with campus partners to remove barriers and meet the individualized access needs of disabled students. SSD supports success through the promotion of student learning and the development of advocacy skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supervising full‑time professionals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws governing disability rights and accommodations (e.g., Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and campus partners.
- Master’s degree and/or equivalent experience in disability services or testing services in higher education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of National College Testing Association (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines.
- Working knowledge of Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) standards and best practices for student disability services.
- Experience with testing center operations, including software systems, policy development, and high‑stakes exam environments.
- Experience with data systems, case management tools, and assessment practices.
- Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
Overtime Status:
Exempt – Not eligible for overtime.
Appointment Type:
Regular.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000.
Hours per week: 40.
Review Date: 06/30/2026.

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
