Virginia Tech invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Pathobiology, within the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, to study zoonotic viruses as a molecular virologist.
Candidates should have a Ph.D., DVM, and/or MD, a strong publication record, and postdoctoral experience, and will build an externally funded program, contribute to CeZAP, and participate in Destination 2.0 pandemic-prediction efforts.
