Are you a college student looking to gain real-world experience in finance while learning how major events, venues, and food & beverage operations run behind the scenes? We’re looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team and support the financial side of our concession sales business. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

• Help track daily sales and cash flow from events.
• Assist with inventory and cost tracking for concession stands.
• Support budget planning and forecast updates for upcoming events.
• Work with the finance team to reconcile sales and vendor payments.
• Help prepare reports that show how events and stands are performing.
• Pitch in on special projects and learn how finance supports day‑to‑day operations.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Analyze financial data and present findings.
• Perform account reconciliations and data entry.
• Help maintain financial records and documentation.
• Participate in audits and assist with compliance requirements.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
