• Develop, train, and maintain standard financial control processes within an ERP environment for assigned projects.
• Coordinate testing and communicate directly with end users about plans and progress.
• Confirm inventory management controls are compliant.
• Work on cross‑functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial reporting by establishing or revalidating policies, monitoring compliance, and mitigating financial risk.
• Work through problems, often complex, and provide guidance for solutions using strong analytical and project management skills.
• Lead walkthroughs with internal and external audit.

• Bachelor’s degree (finance or accounting preferred).
• 5 years of general finance and audit experience within related industries; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley internal controls.
• Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate and guide problem‑solving teams.
• Experience with delivery and execution of deadlines, managing timelines, and proactively driving schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Access to U.S. export‑controlled information is required for this position.
