The purpose of this position is to provide personal care services in support of the client’s health and safety in his or her home under the direction of a registered nurse responsible for the supervision of personal care services.

• Valid certification in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Health Professions
• Valid C.N.A. license in good standing with the VA board of nursing.
• Preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Various days and hours available full-time, Shift differential, rotating weekends.

• FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
• Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

• Provide care to clients following state and federal regulations, policies and procedures.
• Report client’s needs and concerns to the nurse manager.
• Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking and standing for periods of time, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
