Review Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete setup according to the BEO;
Set tables with clean linen, silverware, china, and glassware;
Learn menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods to guests;
Maintain a neat, clean station and continuously patrol to refill drinks and remove used items;
Assist captain or manager in setting up and breaking down buffets and banquet bars and related equipment
