Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - - Responsibilities:
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.;
Oversee set-up and clean-up of food service for all banquet functions.;
Supervises Food and Beverage service to ensure exceptional service throughout the banquet.;
Reviews and understands the Banquet Event Order (BEO); facilitates team setup assignments according to the BEO.;
Sets up buffet and other special food services tables/stations.
