Crestline Hotels & Resorts seeks a seasoned cook to assist the Chefs and supervise kitchen staff in a high‑volume hotel environment. You will prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other items for service across room service, Club Room, and banquets.
You will help ensure breakfast and dinner buffets meet standards, train new hires, and uphold sanitation and safety practices throughout the kitchen.
