Reviews and understands Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and sets tables accordingly;
Keeps station neat and clean during service and refrills beverages;
Assists in setting up and breaking down buffet and other special food service tables and stations;
Adheres to cash and guest check procedures and maintains sanitation standards
