The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia is seeking a Steward to uphold cleanliness and sanitation in all back-of-house areas. You will maintain the dish machine, ensure Virginia Department of Health standards, and support daily kitchen operations with diligent cleaning.
You will tackle cleaning of plates and utensils, deep cleaning and organization, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping floors, and assisting with maintenance projects as directed.
