As a Data Analyst II, you will operate at the intersection of marketing technology and healthcare strategy. You’ll be a key contributor to a cross-functional consulting team, transforming complex digital data into actionable insights that improve the patient experience. We are looking for a "builder"—someone who doesn’t just pull reports but seeks to understand the "why" behind the data to drive measurable business value.
CoreResponsibilities
1. Analytics Implementation & Management
Configure and maintain tracking for healthcare web and mobile platforms.
Support Adobe CJA implementations, including data views, workspace projects, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Engineering to deploy HIPAA‑compliant tags via Freshpaint or Tealium.
Standardize data collection through robust tracking plans and event naming conventions.
2. Analysis & Insight Delivery
Transform raw data from GA4, Heap, and Adobe CJA into high‑impact dashboards and reports.
Identify user behavior patterns and conversion trends to optimize the digital journey.
Leverage SQL, Python, or R to query and clean large datasets for deep‑dip analysis.
3. Strategic Consulting
Own specific work streams within enterprise projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and proactive communication.
Present technical findings to healthcare stakeholders in a clear, conversational, and business‑friendly manner.
Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on analytics best practices and data privacy.
Curiosity: A natural drive to dig into complex data to find original answers.
Adaptability: Comfortable pivoting between different tools and evolving client needs.
Communication: Ability to translate technical "jargon" into strategic business language.
Reliability: A self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities with high organization.
QualificationsRequired:
Experience: 2+ years in digital analytics or technical consulting.
Technical: Hands‑on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
Foundational
Skills:
Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and interpretation.
Preferred:
Advanced Tools: Expertise in Freshpaint/Tealium and visualization tools (Tableau, Power
BI, Looker).
Coding: Strong SQL skills; experience with R or Python.
Industry: Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare‑specific data challenges.
Certifications: Adobe CJA Business Practitioner or similar credentials.
