As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of our organization by serving as a front‑line representative for Shentel.
ResponsibilitiesOur Technical Support Representatives are part of a supportive, service‑oriented call center team who:
- Promote quality customer experience with honest and committed customer care.
- Engage in real‑time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Educate residential customers about the installation and use of products.
- Capture opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services, while maintaining a quality experience.
