Virginia Tech seeks a Housing Maintenance Supervisor under the Housing Maintenance Manager. You will supervise staff, provide hands-on training in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems, and ensure quality in daily work. You will also work with the Manager to manage contractor repairs, including pricing and scheduling.
Regular 40-hour weeks, pay band 4, salary $70,000–$75,000 per year, overtime eligible, with a 7:30am–4:30pm schedule and standard pre-employment checks.
