This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Therapeutic Program Manager located in Blacksburg, VA. The Therapeutic Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic programs to support student well‑being. Responsibilities include developing and managing program strategies, working collaboratively with campus and community partners, supervising program staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves tracking program outcomes and implementing improvements to meet the needs of the university community.
Qualifications- Experience in program development, management, and evaluation in a therapeutic or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability in supervising and guiding a team of professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, mental health practices, and program assessment strategies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and critical‑thinking skills to address challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with operating within a higher education or academic institution setting is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant licensure preferred.
