Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”

• Salary is competitive and based on experience.
• We have a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental & vision.
• Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
• Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

• 6:00am - 6:30pm (3 - 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.

• Pay rate based on experience.

• A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

• One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
