• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing (or related) role.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and data compilation/analysis.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers, coworkers, and other disciplines across the business.

• Work and maintain confidential information.
• Support and mentor lower‑level manufacturing engineers.
• Support the Slip Ring production line and outsource vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development with domestic and international teams.
• Create engineering and tool drawings, order and support manufacturing tooling, work instructions, labor standards, facility layout, quotes and continuous improvement.
• Review and respond to requests for quotes on new orders.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews and provide suggestions for manufacturability.
• Travel off‑site domestically and internationally.
• Enforce and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as ITAR.
• Provide reports to management on daily, weekly, and monthly performance relative to schedules and expenditures.
• Support technical exchange discussions with suppliers and Moog.
• Cross‑train to assist in other areas.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or operations manager.
