Virginia Tech Athletics Fund seeks an Associate Director, Major Gifts to drive donor engagement and fundraising strategies in support of athletic priorities. You will cultivate and solicit major gifts, manage a 100–125 prospect portfolio, and work with central advancement staff to align priorities.
Expect 5–8 days of travel per month to cultivate, solicit, steward, and identify prospects; typical gift ranges are $100,000 to $1,000,000+, with a goal to close $1,000,000+ annually.
