Part‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)–Day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8a.m.–5p.m.atWarm Hearth Family Medicine, Blacksburg, VA (981

Litton Ln). Minimum 3years of experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensed NP or PA, DEA license, and RN licensure.
• AHA BLS‑HCP certification required;
  Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Prescriptive authority in accordance with Virginia regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy for electronic medical records systems.
