• Assess, plan, and provide patient care, including performing examinations and compiling documentation.
• Review patient reports and make appropriate recommendations, including medication refills.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health‑care providers to deliver primary health care services.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensed NP (LNP), DEA license, RN license, and AHA BLS‑HCP certification;
  Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
• Eligible for prescriptive authority under state regulations and authorization by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other health‑care providers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy for electronic medical records and automated computer systems.
