Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
• Monitor quality measures, conduct audits, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Support survey readiness, infection control, and risk management efforts.
• Develop and maintain effective clinical systems and operational processes.

• Active and unrestricted Virginia RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of DON, ADON, or nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and long-term care compliance.
• Proven leadership, staff development, and team management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
