Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time/Part-Time, Cove

• Provide compassionate care by assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Ensure resident comfort by assisting with repositioning, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Document and monitor vital signs and changes in the resident’s condition, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining patient dignity and respect at all times.

• Current CNA Certification through the Virginia State Board of Nursing in good standing (or completion of CNA coursework with an upcoming exam date).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

• Full‑time or part‑time positions available.
• Various shifts (day and night) with every other weekend required 6 a.m.‑6:30 p.m. or 6 p.m.‑6:30 a.m.
