Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of "Fostering a person-centered approach to aging in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement."

Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.

Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

We currently have a Full-Time position available on the following shift:

• 6:00am - 6:30pm (3 - 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.

Compensation:

• Pay rate based on experience.

Requirements:

• A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Preferences:

• One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
