5000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT LPN Dayshift Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. Full-Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.

We currently have a Full-Time position available on the following shift:6:00am - 6:30pm (3 - 12-hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.

Compensation:

Pay rate based on experience.

Starting from $23.00 - $28.00 an hour.

Requirements:

A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Preferences:

One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
