Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver in-home assessments for health plan members across licensed states. Visits last about 45 minutes and include a medical history review, a physical examination, and optional diagnostic tests.
You will use an iPad with a streamlined clinical workflow; travel locally as needed and no medicines or labs are ordered. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, CEU allowance and 401K.
