Freshwater Wildlife Biologist & Field Data Specialist

Carlsbad Tech is seeking a Natural Resource Specialist III for the Conservation Management Institute (CMI) at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. The successful candidate will assist with research projects focusing on freshwater aquatic fauna, design fieldwork, conduct fauna surveys, and manage large-scale databases. Qualifications include a B.S. in fish and wildlife sciences, considerable field experience, and skills in statistical analysis and database management.

The position allows up to 40 hours per week and is non-exempt, eligible for overtime.
