Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - - Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas;
Understand state liquor regulations, particularly prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated persons;
Coordinate breaks for assigned staff and ensure staff report to work;
Ensure all orders are delivered within designated timelines;
Assist in taking guests' orders and maintain department standards
