Position
Full‑time Store Manager – Panda Express
Responsibilities- Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive store success.
- Participate in an 8‑plus‑week store leadership training program.
- High school diploma required.
- Serve Safe Certified (Food Safety).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and within a 50‑mile radius of the store.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, reach across counter tops (36 inches), and work in a fast‑paced, hot and noisy kitchen environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
