Salary: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, upbeat attitude and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. They should be a dependable team player and capable of meeting individual deadlines using follow‑up skills.

• Engage in resident communications both in‑person and via digital platforms.
• Present professionally the features and benefits of the assigned property.
• Properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
• Coordinate the community's marketing via social media.

• Prior residential leasing experience preferred
• Closing skills in a residential environment
• Experience in Google Suite (Required)
• Organized
• Google Docs experience 1 year (Required)
• Social media marketing experience 1 year (Required)

Pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

8‑hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed.

Ability to commute to Blacksburg as needed for meetings and/or training (Required).
