Full Time Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $36,000.00 Base+Commission/year

• Actively support Sales Consultants to meet or exceed quarterly and annual new home sales goals, contributing to Western Division's financial success.
• Develop extensive knowledge of the Eagle construction process, the sales and purchase agreement process, and your community and product specifics.
• Engage deeply with customers through Eagle's customized sales process designed to uncover motivations for a new home purchase (customized training provided).
• Assist Sales Consultants with maintaining internal software systems used to report and manage community visits, follow up contact documentation.
• Provide support to Sales Consultants in the generation of purchase agreements and actively assist in management of all aspects of the homebuyer journey.
• Help Sales Consultants to generate prospective home purchaser leads through marketing, realtor outreach, community involvement and referrals.
• Take the lead on keeping the appearance of your model home and quick-move-in homes clean and inviting.
• Maintain supplies and marketing materials for your assigned model home. Manage flyers and signage that may frequently change.
• Attend sales meetings, quarterly training, and community events with a commitment to support and grow your skill set.
• Follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and provide superior customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to use/learn computer database software.
• This position requires an energetic, charismatic, reliable and responsible individual.
• Model homes are open Thursday-Monday. Must be available to work weekends.
